The Record of Exhibits form is used to compile a list of exhibits that will be submitted to the court. Download the Record of Exhibits template and follow the instructions provided to ensure the process is efficient and accurate.

The completed Record of Exhibits must be saved as a Microsoft Word document (or compatible format) on a flash drive and provided to the courtroom clerk.
