Current Local Rules (Effective July 1, 2026)
The Local Rules listed below are effective July 1, 2026. Local Rules are updated twice each year, on January 1 and July 1. Prior to each update, a notice is posted at the top of this page announcing the public comment period in accordance with California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(3).

PROPOSED CHANGES TO LOCAL RULES OF COURT - EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2027
Local Rules are updated on January 1 and July 1 of every year. Pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(g) (3), the Court is posting and seeking public comments to the proposed changes to Local Rules of Court, effective January 1, 2027. Changes in the proposed rules are noted in colored text and text lined out for deletions. The comment period will run until November 16, 2026.
Public comment can be sent by email to Local Rules. All comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 16, 2026.
