Call-In Juror Instructions

If you are a call-in juror, check this website daily after 5:00 p.m., beginning on the date listed in your jury summons. Your reporting instructions will be updated each day.

  • Report for jury service only if your group number is instructed to report.
  • If you are employed, continue reporting to work until your group is called.
  • If your group is not called by the end of the week following your summons date, your jury service is complete.

Need a different reporting date?
If being on standby does not work with your schedule, please call (209) 992-5500. Jury staff will work with you to schedule a specific reporting date.

Important: These instructions apply only to call-in jurors. If you have already appeared at the courthouse and completed a juror questionnaire, these instructions do not apply to you.

101 Through 150You are to check this website on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 AFTER 5:00 PM for further instructions.
RESCHEDULED JURORSIf you missed jury service and were rescheduled to appear for a definite date of Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 8:00 AM, please report to the 12th floor to check in.

If you have appeared for jury duty, completed a questionnaire and have been instructed to return, see the Returning Jurors (Questionnaire Completed) page. If your badge number is listed there, you no longer have to report back.

Reporting for Jury Service

At this time, all jury trials are held in Stockton.

When reporting for jury service, please check in at the Jury Assembly Room located on the 12th Floor of:

Stockton, CA

Before You Arrive

Please bring your entire jury summons with you.

Before reporting, complete the following information on your summons:

  • Home phone number
  • Work phone number
  • Occupation
  • Employer

Only update your name and address if your information has changed since your summons was issued.

Be sure to sign the juror information form before submitting it to jury staff.

Parking & Accessibility

Designated accessible parking spaces are available near the courthouse on:

  • Weber Street
  • San Joaquin Street
  • Main Street
  • The Essential Services Building
