LOCAL RULES
PROPOSED CHANGES TO LOCAL RULES OF COURT – EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026
Local Rules are updated on January 1 and July 1 of every year. Pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(3), the Court is posting and seeking public comments to the proposed changes to Local Rules of Court, effective JANUARY 1, 2026. Changes in the proposed rules are noted in colored text and text lined out for deletions. The comment period will run from October 3, 2025 until November 14, 2025.
Public comment can be sent by email to Local Rules. All comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025.
CURRENT LOCAL RULES – EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026
The below local rules are effective January 1, 2026. New local rules are published every 6 months. A notice will be posted at the top of this page prior to that date announcing the comment period with instructions how to comment pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(3).
