Fish & Game
Please carefully review all of the information on both the front and back of the citation that you received. It will list the time and date on which you promised to appear. You should also receive a courtesy notice in the mail at least 10 days before the required appearance date. If the courtesy notice indicates a mandatory appearance, you must appear in court.
Fish and Game citations are held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at the Lodi Branch Court. You may phone (209) 992-5520 to make a court date.
Consequences of Failure to Respond: If you fail to appear or post bail (and/or submit proof of correction) as directed, you will be subject to further penalties of increased bail, license suspension or arrest warrant.
